Do you love Star Wars? Well, the epic space-opera saga has stood the test of time and there are no fans quite like Star Wars fans. Whether you prefer the original trilogy or the prequels, the internet is full of things dedicated to the movies.

These are some of our absolute favorite Star Wars-related posts. “May the Force be with you” when you read these!
Reddit Record
We all know that Star Wars fans can get very intense when it comes to anything to do with their favorite franchise. They have strong opinions and they’re not afraid to share them.

When EA tried to make excuses about an annoying feature of a Star Wars video game, the army of Star Wars fans on Reddit made sure that the post got a truly epic number of downvotes.
Happy Accident
Life is full of coincidences. Call it fate, call it destiny, but sometimes it seems like the universe is on our side and things happen by chance that just seem like they were meant to be.

However, in the case of this perfect lightsaber phone screen malfunction, we think it might not be the universe that’s responsible but perhaps a galaxy far far away…
Finn Deserved Better
This fan is not happy with the character arc of Finn, a stormtrooper of the First Order who became a resistance fighter. Despite his picture being used on the posters, many people feel that Finn’s character development felt incomplete, leaving fans yearning for more.

While his character demonstrated immense potential in the Force, the films missed a significant opportunity by not fully exploring his latent Jedi abilities. Not impressed.
Billboard Brilliance
3D billboards are the latest craze when it comes to promotion and this Star Wars one in Times Square does not disappoint. Featuring Darth Vader perched on the edge of his ship and watching over the square in a threatening manner, this billboard gives us all the feels.

If you weren’t watching Obi-Wan Kenobi yet then we’re sure this billboard had you joining Disney+ before you could say “I am your father.”
Power of the Bride
Hats off to the photographer who managed to capture this hilarious Star Wars-inspired wedding photo, imitating Darth Vader’s force-choking powers. The co-ordinated jump and facial expressions are spot on and we wouldn’t want to mess with this bride.

Her new husband better do his share of the chores, otherwise, he knows what’s coming to him. In all seriousness, we expect this couple will have a long and happy marriage—they’re obviously equally nerdy and everyone knows that’s a recipe for marital bliss.
Liam’s Lightsaber
Lots of actors choose to keep a prop or two from the movies in which they star. It doesn’t totally surprise us that Liam Neeson has kept his lightsaber from The Phantom Menace.

His role as Qui-Gon Jinn took the world by storm in the 1999 smash hit so we can understand why he’d want to hold on to this super cool keepsake.
“Chewie, We’re Home”
Being a super fan can sometimes be a point of contention when it comes to household decor. You may want to adorn your walls with movie posters, paraphernalia, and figurines but your spouse might not be so agreeable.

This rug seems like a great compromise. Look closely and you’ll spot stormtrooper helmets in the elegant design. We wonder how long it will take for someone to notice.
Cosplay Queen
The costumes that Star Wars fans wear at conventions these days are impressive enough. However, this wing pilot costume from 1977 takes commitment to cosplay to a whole new level.

Anyone who thinks women aren’t true Star Wars fans, meet TJ. She literally created her costume by sketching during multiple viewings at the cinema. Someone get this girl a medal.
Getting Schooled
This teacher wanted to teach their class the difference between “dynamic” and “static” characters. The only problem was, that they had never seen Star Wars and boldly chose to include it in the presentation anyway.

Given that Anakin Skywalker goes through pretty much the biggest transformation of any movie character ever (becoming Darth Vader), this is not a great example. We hope some Star Wars fans in the class called him out.
Running Errands
When he’s not busy bounty hunting or fighting imperial forces, even the Mandalorian needs to take a day off to run some errands in the local grocery store.

Spotting this would definitely brighten up our trip to the supermarket. We have to wonder whether the Mandalorian removes his helmet to eat his favorite snacks. What treats does he bring home for Baby Yoda? This photo raises so many questions.
Ewok in the Aisle
Working in a grocery store is not that exciting. However, this worker was lucky enough to meet a legend of cinema during his shift.

Warwick Davis made his Star Wars debut as the Ewok Wicket in Return of the Jedi and made appearances as other characters in the rest of the franchise. Just look at those smiles—we’re sure this will be a career highlight for this starstruck supermarket clerk.
May the Frost Be With You
While this photo may have been taken in Poland, it could just as easily have been snapped aboard the Death Star. In a hilarious accident, the snowfall on this statue has transformed it into a dead ringer for Darth Vader.

Let’s hope the locals like the upgrade and spring for a Star Wars-themed statue to stand guard over the town once the snow melts.
AT-AT Under the Sea
There’s commitment and creativity and then there’s this. This woman has taken her love for Star Wars to a whole new level with this underwater galactic forest aquarium.

Complete with a superb scale model AT-AT, gnarly tree trunks, and a mossy, jungle vibe, this tank has wowed Star Wars fans all over the world. The creator even filled it with bright neon fish to give the appearance of lightsabers.
Jar Jar in the Garage
The story behind this photo goes that the poster’s family friend had this in her garage for 20+ years in its original box, from the 1999 Pepsi/Albertsons raffle giveaway.

A lifesize Jar Jar Binks in mint condition—that’s gotta be worth something. We wonder whether the proud owner will decide to sell after more than two decades, or maybe letting go will just be too painful.
Obi-What?
We all know that Star Wars fans have some very strong opinions about the actors playing their favorite characters. It seems like Ewan McGregor is the clear winner of the Obi-Wan competition, but one actor didn’t even get mentioned by name.

We love that James Arnold Taylor popped up to stand his ground in this poll, reminding us that even voice actors should still be recognized as actors in their own right.
Age is But a Number
Let’s be honest, Harrison Ford is still looking great. He’s just made another Indiana Jones movie so is it really such a stretch to suggest he’d still make a great casting choice for the young Han Solo?

No one could beat Ford’s iconic performance, so why try? Star Wars fans are dedicated enough not to notice that the young smuggler has a few more grey hairs and wrinkles than before.
Fan Fest
When Star Wars fans get together, it’s inevitable that they will start picking apart plot holes, arguing over their favorite episode, and talking like Yoda.

These fans seem to have had a breakthrough about the droid C-3PO and his prodigious language skills. We’re sure this conversation led to an exploration of some seriously obscure fan theories that had them talking long into the night.
Close to Home
This helicopter pilot has noticed that there’s a striking similarity between the shadow of their own aircraft and the Star Wars spaceships in A New Hope.

However, seeing as the starship battles in the movie were modeled on actual military aerial dogfights, it’s not too surprising that there’s a resemblance. Guess the Star Wars galaxy isn’t so far away after all.
Mall Mandalorians
We would have loved to be on the up-escalator when this parade of Mandalorians was going down. We wouldn’t expect to see a crowd of these legendary warriors and conquerors somewhere as regular as a mall, but guess they gotta do their shopping somewhere as well.

We’re not surprised that the guy on the left was snapping a photo of this once-in-a-lifetime sighting.
Carving it Up
Many people say that women don’t love Star Wars, but this amazing artist and skateboarder has proved them wrong with this amazing tribute to her favorite movie.

This carving is awesome and we’re sure that no one at the skatepark will have a cooler board. This girl deserves a place in the Star Wars fan Hall of Fame and that’s a fact.
Feeling Old
Everyone remembers Daniel Logan’s screen-stealing performance as young Boba Fett in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. The young actor was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film, and also voiced the character in The Clone Wars.

Want to feel old? Daniel Logan is now in his mid-thirties with a wife and kid. You can find him these days being the friendliest guy around at Star Wars fan conventions.
Health and Safety
The Ewoks may be considered unsophisticated and “primitive” next to the other sentient beings that inhabit the Star Wars universe, however, this Tumblr user makes a great point.

The Ewoks make sure everyone stays safe by offering handrails in their homes. No wonder they play such a big part in helping to defeat the empire, with thoughtfulness and civic-mindedness like that!
Rey of Light
Rey begins her Star Wars arc as a nobody. She’s an orphan scraping a living through scavenging parts from ships. However, it’s not long before Rey becomes a central and seriously cool character.

We love that Daisy Ridley knew Rey was going to be no one at first, and it’s even more fitting that nobody had heard of the actress before either. Rey and Ridley gained a name together.
Young Darth Vader
Jake Lloyd played the young Anakin Skywalker when Darth Vader’s backstory was explored in The Phantom Menace. It’s clear from this quote that the 10-year-old actor was thrilled to get the part.

Reading this makes it all the more upsetting that Lloyd retired from acting after being bullied for his role in the critically panned Star Wars prequel. People can be so cruel.
Hot Take
This fan has pointed out a bit of a plot problem in the Star Wars animated series The Clone Wars. While the Jedi Council seems very happy to hand out instructions to their top warriors, they’re not so keen to get their hands dirty themselves.

It’s true they could have done a bit less sitting around and complaining and actually fought a battle for once.
On-Screen Siblings
Mark Hamill loves to take to Twitter to share the behind-the-scenes Star Wars gems that we’ve always wanted to know. In this tweet, he shed light on a feud with his on-screen sister, the late, great Carrie Fisher.

Hamill felt Luke Skywalker deserved a royal title, but Fisher was adamant that she was the only princess in town. However, that didn’t stop him from constantly bringing it up.
Park It
You never know what you’ll find in an underground parking lot. When this person was on patrol, they spotted something entirely unexpected. This parking lot is not just for regular vehicles, but for starships as well.

But seriously, hats off to the artist who painted this. Those are some mad skills. Let’s hope they find a space for an AT-AT.
Dear George Lucas
It seems as though the days of writing letters to your favorite authors, movie stars, or filmmakers are long gone. Twitter may be a more instant way of getting in touch, but a tweet doesn’t have the same staying power as a letter.

This letter is a pretty amazing piece of history, given that LucasFilm assured this young fan that George Lucas wouldn’t be making any more Star Wars movies. They were right but that didn’t mean Episodes 7, 8, and 9 wouldn’t be hitting our screens further down the line.
It’s No Picnic
In the famous picnic scene in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, Anakin and Padme chat away about politics in an idyllic orchard on the planet Naboo.

We didn’t know they were allowed to improvise their dialogue, let alone that the improv descended into inappropriate chaos. If that footage is in the archive then we demand to see it as soon as possible.
Like Father, Like Son
When Ben Solo goes to the dark side and becomes Kylo Ren, everyone is devastated that he’s turned out so different from his father Han Solo.

However, this fan has pointed out that Ben is more like Han than people think. Han Solo is known for winging it every time he saves the universe and this moment proves that the apple never falls far from the tree.
In Safe Hands
Having directed Thor: Ragnarok and Thor: Love and Thunder, Taika Waititi has more than proven himself as an epic director of sci-fi/fantasy franchises. Therefore, fans knew that Star Wars was in safe hands when Waititi announced his involvement in a new installment.

However, the director himself was not so sure, doubting his own abilities. Don’t worry, Taika, we believe in you!
Helmets On
Helmets are very important in the Star Wars universe, indicating character’s roles, allegiances, and more. This fan has shown amazing dedication by amassing such an impressive display of Star Wars helmets.

We wonder whether they’re strictly for viewing purposes or whether they wear a different one for each week of the year. Either way, they’ve got plenty to choose from if they ever take up a new career as defender of the galaxy.
Yoda Best
Most six-year-old kids don’t know much about Star Wars, but from his Twitter, it’s clear that comedian James Breakwell’s daughters are an exception to the rule.

Not only are they fans of the fantasy franchise, but one daughter has even updated ‘piggyback ride’ with a Jedi Master twist. He has trained her well and it sounds like she’s ready to take on the Empire (providing her dad gives her a Yoda ride along the way).
Relatable
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Barbie actor Simu-Li has a confession to make. He’s not saying he was obsessed with Star Wars but he’s also not not saying that.

By the sounds of it, the young actor read every single book related to the series and did some serious damage to his home decor. If you’ve also caused property damage when pretending to be Darth Maul, raise your hand.
This is Lit
The Deathstar is the Empire’s ultimate weapon, serving to help enforce their autocratic reign of terror. The size of a moon, it has the power to destroy an entire planet to rubble.

These Deathstar fire pits capture the iconic space station in the middle of its destruction. Want to make a statement at your next Star Wars-themed garden party? Add this to your wish list.
Ruff Day
Those Corellian hounds are downright scary…unless you peek under the hood. Real dogs stepped up to the plate to play those creatures in certain scenes in the movie, including when they were sprinting after Han and Qi’ra.

Those pooches underwent extensive training for months to get used to those suits, which were specially crafted to make sure the dogs were as cozy and comfy as could be.
Heatwave
Even if you’re sick of X (formerly known as Twitter), it’s worth sticking around just for Mark Hamill’s habit of sharing little-known facts about Star Wars.

We love the image of the rebel starship pilots attacking the Death Star with their legs out. Let’s hope they took popsicle breaks in between attacks. We’re looking forward to finding out more Hamill gems on the next National Trivia Day.
Obi-Wan’s Alter Ego
We were wondering how Hayden Christensen could carry Ewan McGregor around so easily. The creature shop really nailed it with this dummy of Obi-Wan and we’re glad to hear it was christened with such a hilarious name.

Just think, somewhere in some basement, Foamy-Wan Kenobi is just lying there, waiting patiently until someone else wants to give him a fireman’s lift.
That’s So Corny
Corn mazes are good old-fashioned fun—a great activity for families to get outdoors and enjoy navigating through a forest of corn. What’s even more fun is the maze-makers can get very creative with their designs.

We love this Star Wars themed maize maze and we’re so impressed that it looks so perfect from above. Some very careful planning went into that and it’s definitely paid off.
You’ve Got Mail
Just like white picket fences, mailboxes are an iconic feature of rural U.S. life. They save the mail carrier from having to go all the way up long driveways and make their job a whole lot easier.

Many people choose to get creative with their mailboxes but we’ve never seen one quite like this. This AT-ST mailbox is next-level epic. We wonder what the mail carrier thinks!
Uncanny
Cosplaying at conventions gets more and more popular every year. Super fans love to gather together, show off their incredible costumes, and celebrate their favorite movies, games, and series.

This epic Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia cosplay is almost scarily accurate. Are we sure this couple isn’t the real deal? We hope they won the Best Costume Award because they sure deserved it.
Take a Break
Check out this epic school break room transformation! They’ve turned it into a mini Death Star, and it’s out of this world. Those wall panels are spot on, but we don’t remember any vending machines aboard the Death Star.

Still, it’s the ultimate hangout spot for Star Wars fans and rebels alike—just don’t forget to watch out for any surprise Imperial inspections during lunch break!
The Intergalactic Canteen
With so many different sequels, prequels, series, cast changes, directors, and more, it’s no surprise that not every Star Wars installment hits the spot with every fan.

This take from actor Rahul Kohli is a very good way to look at things. It’s great advice for restaurant-goers and Star Wars fans alike. We’re just going to say that 1978’s Star Wars Holiday Special should be taken off the menu.
Master Builder
After an incredible six-month journey fueled by sheer dedication, a whopping 150,000 LEGO pieces, and the warm glow of 200 LEDs, this guy finally completed their LEGO Vardos.

This labor of love has resulted in a breathtaking masterpiece that brings the vibrant world of Vardos to life in stunning detail. From the towering skyscrapers to the bustling streets, every element has been painstakingly recreated. It’s a testament to the power of creativity and patience—a true triumph in the LEGO universe!
Autograph Hunter
This guy sent Mark Hamill a tweet asking him to verify if a signed picture he bought was his real autograph and this was his response.

We love that the Luke Skywalker actor took the time to respond so nicely and we’re sure this autograph is going to be even more treasured now, whether it’s real or not. What a stand-up guy.
Smart Cookie
Prepare to be amazed by this epic gingerbread creation—a stunning cookie Star Destroyer that’s truly out of this world! Every inch of this tasty masterpiece is clearly meticulously crafted, from the sweet cookie hull to the intricately designed icing turbo lasers.

It’s a delicious blend of sci-fi and sugar that’s tempting enough to turn anyone to the sweet side of the Force. We’re in awe of the baking skills behind this incredible creation. May the frosting be with them.
Best Dressed in the Galaxy
The Star Wars prologue, often referred to as the “opening crawl”, is a famous introductory text that appears at the beginning of every Star Wars film. It provides essential background information and sets the stage for the story that unfolds.

This woman has made a dress that pays tribute to that iconic opening. We love the way the text gets bigger as it goes down her skirt—it really brings the prologue to life.
We Call It…Soda Fett
Those of us who’ve worked in retail know that it’s not the most thrilling job. You have to do little things to make your shifts go by faster.

We’re sure this supermarket clerk was far from thrilled when they landed the soda-stacking job, but they definitely made the most of it. This perfect Boba Fett helmet made from soda packs must have brought joy to every Star Wars-loving shopper.
In His Own Words
Mark Hamill never seems to have any trouble speaking his mind which is why fans were confused when he retracted the doubts he had expressed over The Last Jedi.

Yes, it got mixed reactions but we all know that Star Wars fans have very strong opinions. We’re glad to hear that Hamill was allowed to express his opinions freely and we’re impressed at the graceful way he stepped in to stop the gossip.
Diorama Dynamo
When creativity meets super-fandom, it usually has pretty incredible results. This epic Mos Eisley diorama was spotted at a Star Wars convention and we are seriously impressed with its creator’s attention to detail.

The wretched hive has been perfectly re-created in miniature and we feel like we’re on Tatooine just looking at it. What an absolute triumph!
