8k to 10k steps a day -1g/lb in protein each day -weight lifting 4-5x a week -100oz of water -prioritize sleep (as much as I can with 4 kids) -*** full transparency even though I don’t owe it to anyone haha, I did get a breast augmentation/lift after I was done losing weight. So no those didn’t just miraculously stay the same haha

I have lost some and gained some back but right now I am feeling pretty good. I now workout 5 days a week-Push, pull and legs (before I was doing 3 days a week) and at least try to walk 1.5-3 miles two days a week! I just loving moving my body and getting healthy 🙂 I am in no rush to get to whatever goal I want to meet-I just want to continue to get stronger

I’ve been strength training for a year or so on and off but i recently started to care about my diet and that’s when i noticed weight loss. this is my progress so far and im hoping on going down to 170, my lowest weight i’ve been post puberty. I wish I had a better pic of when I was 220 but i hated the camera during that time. This is one of the only pictures I have at my HW.
