She denied the request, but allowed prosecutors to try again if they give Trump’s team enough time to review and discuss the motion. Cannon warned that failure to comply may result in penalties. Despite quickly ruling on this matter, she has yet to decide on several other motions in the case, which is moving slowly towards trial.
