People who live in big, busy cities know that there are thousands of cars waiting for them when they go outside. And let’s be honest: if they’re not the same, most of them look the same.
Not sure about you, but I definitely tried to get into a different car because I thought it was mine.
The cars in that story were locked, which was lucky, but the hooman in this story wasn’t.
That’s Not Your Car, Vincent
Vincent Zepeda parked his car and went to the parking lot to ride his bike home after getting a tasty pizza.
He walked over to his car, opened the door, and drove off.
But as Zepeda drove home, he heard strange sounds coming from the back seat.
When he turned around to see what was going on, he saw the cutest dog ever, sitting there calmly and trying to figure out what was going on.
Zepeda knew right away that this wasn’t his car!
He turned around quickly and went back to the parking lot to return this car and get his own.
“This is why you should not leave your car key fob there.” I came in with my pizza, and this dog scared the crap out of me. He said in a video, “That’s not my dog or my car.”
When he got back to the parking lot, he saw that his car was parked next to the one he thought was his.
When Zepeda was sure the car was safe, he got in his own car and drove off.
Meet The Pup
Zepeda put his movie on the internet in the hopes that other people would see it and remember not to leave their keys in their cars.
Soon after, his video went popular, and Cynthie, the owner of the car Zepeda thought was his, saw it.
Cynthie called Zepeda to officially introduce him to Fletcher, her dog.
In a later clip, Zepeda said, “A friend called to tell me that she knows who the other car is.”
When Fletcher met his new friend, he did what all dogs do best: he wagged his tail.
It wasn’t as bad as it sounds for Zepeda to get into a stranger’s car and drive off after spending some time with the cute dog.
Cynthie made a joke, “He just wanted your pizza.”
