It is pretty normal for some people to use dogs to breed other dogs. People either care for them well or not so well.
No matter what, it’s wrong and should stop. It’s too bad it won’t stop any time soon.
Sybie was one of these people. Things were not going well in her life. While she was still with her owner, she went through a lot of pain.
She had a hard time when he dumped her because she was no longer helpful. She had to live on the streets of Chicago until some people came to save her.
Sybie’s Most Exciting Day
She was still pretty young when she was brought to the shelter, so there was a good chance that she would find a forever home.
Even though everyone wants a puppy, Sybie was still very active and fun to be with. She should have had a good home.
It had been about three months since she had been in the shelter when something amazing happened. A very important person came through the door.
I came to adopt a dog with Erica. While she was there, the dogs begged to be let out, and she didn’t bark at all, she told GeoBeats Animals. After I walked up to her, she licked my hand all over.
She knew right then that Sybie was the right dog for her. Erica took the dog into her new home in Wisconsin right away after adopting her.
Things have changed a lot in her life in just a few days. She moved into her new home right away and is now exploring every corner.
She loves to run outside and roll around in the grass with her mom. She makes it look so cute when she does it all of a sudden.
She thought that she had lived in a house before because she got used to living there so quickly.
That person said, “I think she just really appreciates where she is now. She has a whole family and lots of cozy places to curl up.”
She Just Enjoys Her Life
That person she loves so much who isn’t Erica is her boyfriend. Seeing the two of them together is so good.
They are very close, and even Erica can tell that it’s different between them. Seeing them apart is hard when he’s around.
Erica loves taking walks with her and often comments on how cute her ears are. They flap their wings all the time, which she loves to see.
One thing Erica was interested in was learning more about her breed. After taking an Embark test, Sybie was found to be a true American Pit Bull Terrier.
It warms my heart to see this dog always being so nice and happy. “There is a chance that she might not have been there if I hadn’t caught her when I did,” Erica said.
When she thought about it now, she might have almost taken in another dog because she had been wanting to adopt for a long time.
Some of those puppies in the shelter were killed around the time she met Sybie for the first time.
She is so glad to have this dog in her life, no matter what. She has made such a huge difference in Erica’s life, and I’m glad to hear she is doing well.
