One of the most sad situations a person may see is one involving an abandoned or dumped dog. Sadly, we are not all the same as some terrible people are capable of performing such kind of action.
Although any such action is terrible, none compares to the cruelty of discarding newborn furry infants. However, occasionally we are compelled to read such tales as well and it is challenging to stop the tears at that same moment.
Should reading prove challenging, you can only image how tough it would be to view it with your own eyes. One building worker saw exactly this while he was working.
He soon demonstrated, though, that in this terrible world there are still people with big hearts.
Poor Little Ones
This Appomattox, Virginia construction worker had no idea what would happen there. He came to work.
Already worn out after a demanding construction work, he heard faint cries coming from a distance. This man quickly understood that the neighboring dumpster was producing such terrible sounds when he recovered from the first shock.
Still, his heart really shattered when he looked inside.
Appomattox Animal Shelter reported The Dodo, “He looked inside and discovered a dog food bag containing four newborn brown and white puppies.””They felt frigid to the touch.”
Though he had nothing to wait for, this man chose right away to call animal control. Arriving at the “scene of the crime” fast, the police gathered the puppies and moved them to Appomattox Animal Shelter’s facilities.
Safe And Sound
People from the shelter got the puppies ready a nice bed and fed them right away. They claimed the puppies were so small their umbilical cords were linked and their eyes and ears were still closed.
It was a real marvel that they were alright since they soon discovered the young ones were just 24 hours old.
“Considering how young these puppies were and taken away from Mom so quickly, they were in very good condition,” the shelter remarked. “They could be warmed rather quickly and took right to bottle feeding.”
After the characters from the hit TV show, “Breaking Bad,” the caregivers chose to call them Walter White, Gus Fring, Saul Goodman, and Jane Margolis.
Not too long later, these furry friends were taken under the custody of the nonprofit animal welfare group Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA, based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Big-hearted folks who will most definitely not betray them till they reach their happy endings will look after them in a foster home.
With these incredible people, we are certain they have a great future.
