  1. 21 Lace Morris & Grant Kemp ("Bachelor in Paradise" Season 3)

None of the couples from Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise were built to last, and Lace Morris and Grant Kemp were among the first to break up. They called it quits just two months after the last episode aired, and Kemp revealed that their breakup wasn't as amicable as it seemed.

"I did everything I could to protect her when we did break up. I put out in the media that it was mutual and was respectful enough to do that. It was a very volatile relationship. I definitely still hope for the best for her," Grant Kemp told US Weekly about his breakup with Lace Morris.

  2. 22 Ben Higgins & Lauren Bushnell ("The Bachelor" Season 20)

Ben Higgins faced a challenging decision between JoJo Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell in his season of The Bachelor. It was a tough choice, as Higgins expressed his love for both women. Ultimately, his stronger feelings for Lauren Bushnell led to her receiving the final rose.

Following their time on The Bachelor, Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell starred in their own reality show, Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After? Despite their efforts, they eventually decided to part ways in 2017. Lauren Bushnell later found love and started a family with country singer Chris Lane, while Ben Higgins started dating and eventually got married to Jessica Clarke.

  3. 23 Kaitlyn Bristow & Jason Tartick ("The Bachelorette" Season 11 & 14)

Unlike most of the other couples on the list, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick didn’t actually meet on television. Bristowe led Season 11 of The Bachelorette, while Tartick appeared on Becca Kufrin's season three years later.

That didn’t stop them from finding their way to each other and starting a life together in Nashville with their two golden retrievers. They announced their engagement in May 2021, and they’re currently planning their wedding.

  4. 24 Andi Dorfman & Josh Murray ("The Bachelorette" Season 10)

During their time on The Bachelorette, it seemed like Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray were made for each other. However, things were quite different once the cameras stopped rolling. They broke off their engagement in January 2015, and Dorfman told Glamour it was a "pretty mutual" decision.

Andi Dorfman explained the reasons behind their breakup, saying, “We were both very aware of the fact that we just didn't better each other. I didn't feel supported and empowered, and I don't think I gave him that support and empowerment that he needed.”

  5. 25 Juan Pablo Galavis & Nikki Ferrell ("The Bachelor" Season 18)

Season 18 of The Bachelor didn’t end with a big, romantic proposal, but that didn’t stop Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell from continuing their relationship. They even appeared on Couples Therapy before deciding to call it quits in 2014.

Nikki Ferrell found love with Tyler Vanloo, and they got married in October 2016, only a few months after their engagement. As for Juan Pablo Galavis, he tied the knot with Venezuelan model and TV host Osmariel Villalobos in 2017, but they divorced just two years later.
